[Banking/Gerir] Sênior Software Engineer - Golang

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve new features for mission-critical financial systems
• Ensure production systems meet high performance, scalability, security, availability and resilience requirements
• Monitor application performance and behavior after deployment
• Maintain traceability of changes through clear, up-to-date documentation
• Collaborate on code reviews and drive the technical evolution of the ecosystem

Requirements

• Solid experience with Go (Golang) and Elixir
• Quality mindset: automated testing and continuous code inspection
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Command of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Proactive mindset for identifying process or architecture gaps
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of or interest in the financial market, especially statements
• Experience with public or private cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience with messaging and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ, IBM MQ)
• Familiarity with advanced architectural patterns (Event Sourcing, CQRS, Hexagonal Architecture, Lambda Architecture)
• Practice with NoSQL data modeling
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitHub Actions)
