Bar Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead daily bar operations and oversee the bartending team
• Maintain beverage quality, presentation, and consistency across the bar menu
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and coordination with beverage suppliers
• Train staff on drink recipes, service standards, and responsible-service protocols
• Support the development and refinement of the bar and cocktail program

Requirements

• Previous experience supervising a bar team in a restaurant, lounge, or bar setting
• Strong beverage and mixology knowledge
• Leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
• Ability to join immediately or on short notice
