Bar Waiter

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and orderly lounges and bars
• Explain menu items and suggest drinks to guests to meet sales targets
• Operate onboard POS systems to create checks and generate reports
• Provide personalized service by remembering guest names and preferences
• Ensure drinks are served in proper glassware with correct garnishes
• Adhere to vessel drinking age policies
• Assist with stock loading and transport to various bars
• Conduct cleaning and maintenance according to USPH and European sanitation standards
• Perform duties such as escorting guests on embarkation day

Requirements

• Good level of English
• Minimum of one year beverage-related experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management
• Strong decision-making and leadership abilities
• Good administrative skills
• Minimum age of 18 years old
• Tattoos allowed (excluding facial or offensive designs)
