Barback

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders by promptly restocking ice, glassware, garnishes, and beverages
• Prepare and organize beverage ingredients and tools for service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization around the bar area
• Clear used glasses and dispose of waste properly
• Collaborate with bartenders, waitstaff, and kitchen teams for smooth coordination
• Support front-of-house and back-of-house teams during service and special events
• Respond promptly to guest requests to enhance their experience

Requirements

• Proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in luxury hotel operations and management software
• Understanding of sophisticated service protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
