Barback

Responsibilities

• Restock and organize bar supplies, including liquor, garnishes, ice, and glassware throughout service
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping counters, washing glassware, and clearing empty bottles
• Support bartenders during peak hours by preparing mixers, juices, and pre-batched ingredients
• Monitor stock levels and alert bartenders or management when inventory runs low
• Assist with opening and closing bar setup, including ice runs and equipment checks

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active role
• Ability to lift stock and stand for long periods
• Strong teamwork and willingness to support FOH staff
• Basic knowledge of bar tools, glassware, and hygiene standards
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
