About the role
Responsibilities
- Mix drinks and create memorable beverage experiences for guests
- Stay updated on new trends and micro-local offerings
- Act as a host for the bar space and take ownership of guest service
- Build relationships with hotel staff and the local community
- Maintain bar functionality and appearance
- Handle transactions and provide accurate information to guests
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and maintain professional appearance
Requirements
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees
- Passion for guest service and attention to detail
