About the role
Responsibilities
- Create memorable and unique guest experiences through beverage service
- Stay updated on new trends and micro-local offerings
- Act as a host for the bar space and take ownership of guest service
- Maintain bar functionality and appearance
- Build relationships with hotel staff and the local community
- Ensure a safe workplace and follow all company policies and procedures
- Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality
- Maintain professional uniform and personal appearance
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees
