About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome, interact and communicate with guests and colleagues in a courteous, friendly and clear manner
- Take, prepare and serve guest orders with accuracy while promoting and up-selling products
- Clear and clean the bar in a professional manner
- Maintain stock and accurately handle point-of-sale transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of the outlet at all times
- Ensure company Health and Safety policies are followed and adhered to
- Train new team members
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender in a 3-star or above category hotel
- Background in the hotel or F&B industry
- Fluency in English
- Strong customer focus and teamwork skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
