About the role
Responsibilities
- Crafting exceptional cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with consistency and flair
- Creating memorable experiences and building genuine connections with guests
- Delivering friendly, attentive, and efficient service
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
- Managing stock levels and supporting inventory control
- Working closely with your team to ensure every service is seamless and memorable
Requirements
- At least 1 year of bartending experience in a hotel, restaurant, or bar
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverage service
- Basic WSAT (Wine and Spirit, Education, Trust) certificate
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Basic Food Hygiene/HACCP knowledge
- Good English communication skills
- Positive, energetic personality with a passion for guest service
