Responsibilities
- Manage all tasks of service preparation, including stock control, promotion specs, menus, wine lists, and operating equipment
- Ensure the service area meets the requirements of environmental, hygiene, and safety policies and legislation
- Fulfil service and payment requirements promptly and with a positive approach
- Actively participate in a working environment where staff are fully trained and supportive of each other
- Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high-quality standards
