Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide qualified telephone consultation to customers who submit construction financing requests through smava's platforms (warm acquisition)
  • Conduct structured sales conversations including needs assessment, presentation of suitable financing models, and objection handling
  • Accompany customers from initial contact through to closing with a partner bank
  • Collaborate closely with bank partners to ensure efficient processing of financing requests

Requirements

  • Certified expertise as a real estate loan broker according to § 34i GewO (e.g., training as a bank or real estate clerk, or IHK specialist examination)
  • Several years of experience in construction financing consultation
  • Strong consulting and communication skills by phone
  • Native-level German language skills
  • Passion for real estate and financing topics
  • Motivation to succeed in sales and earn an attractive income

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Europace and/or Qualitypool tools
