About the role
Responsibilities
- Build deep understanding of payments products and global payment trends
- Research strategic accounts, industries and stakeholders to identify opportunities
- Run personalised outreach across phone, email and LinkedIn to reach decision-makers
- Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for Sales
- Conduct advanced discovery into merchant technical and business challenges
- Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams through to financial go-live
- Use Salesforce, intent data and AI tools to improve research and pipeline accuracy
Requirements
- Graduate or early-career background (1-3 years experience)
- Hunger, drive and resilience for high-volume outreach
- Commercial curiosity about merchants, payments and fintech
- Strong analytical ability and comfort with data
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Willingness to learn complex products and maintain CRM discipline
- Fluent English

- Previous BDR, sales or commercial experience
