Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of 2-10 SDRs/BDRs to maintain a multi-million dollar sales pipeline
  • Oversee inbound lead management and develop innovative outbound strategies
  • Foster a high-integrity, high-empathy team culture focused on continuous skill development
  • Use data to drive team activities, continuous improvement, and performance
  • Adapt outreach approaches to market changes and expanding open source solution portfolios

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business or STEM
  • Proven track record of exceptional outbound sales development results
  • Leadership experience with a commitment to team mentoring and development
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to use data for decision making
  • Passion for business development, sales, and open source technology
  • Creative problem solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
