BD/Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through researching, sourcing, and contacting Web3 projects across multiple blockchain ecosystems
• Pitching and closing deals with new ULTRADE NEX partners
• Educating and promoting the core benefits of NEXs vs DEXs vs CEXs
• Managing partner relationships from initial contact, onboarding, integration, to NEX launch and ongoing account management
• Building and managing a sales funnel via CRM system

Requirements

• 03+ years of experience in a sales or partnerships role at a SaaS/tech, finance, or crypto business
• Experience working at or actively using CEXs and DEXs for trading
• Knowledge of the top crypto L1/L2 protocols and key ecosystem project verticals
• Experience in lead generation, cold/warm client messaging, and pitching tech products
• Very strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Active "hunter" mentality
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter and self-motivated
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of traditional finance/crypto products such as spot, futures, and perps
