- Participate in a 12-month rotational programme across key departments and strategic projects
- Follow an individualized three-phased learning plan to build digital and critical skills
- Engage in regular performance reviews and check-ins with the Emiratisation team
- Build internal networks and participate in graduate life activities
Requirements
- UAE National status
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any major
- Little to no prior work experience
- Ambitious mindset and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment
