Benefitfocus Client Relationship Manager, Public Sector

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of customers and vendors across the customer lifecycle
• Lead ongoing operations meetings, provide training and support customers' platform needs
• Drive annual open enrollment success with actionable plans, owners and timelines
• Meet or exceed customer retention metrics through proactive relationship management
• Own and manage a defined book of vendors on behalf of the customer
• Lead cross-functional Benefitfocus teams on the customer's behalf

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred
• 10+ years in Customer Success, Vendor Management, Account Management or related roles
• Experience managing complex, high-intensity customer portfolios
• Ability to build broad, deep relationships within customer accounts
• Ability to anticipate and meet customer needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry knowledge in Insurance, Benefits Administration, Benefits Consulting, SaaS, Healthcare or BPO
