About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary strategic relationship owner for assigned carrier and ecosystem partners
- Develop and execute partnership strategies supporting revenue growth, retention and innovation
- Identify and execute opportunities to expand existing partnerships
- Lead negotiation and management of partnership agreements, renewals and amendments
- Drive commercialization efforts including business cases, pricing strategies and launch readiness
- Lead partnership governance and manage executive-level escalations
- Influence product strategy and roadmap with partner and customer insights
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute partnership initiatives
- Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards and business reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, account management or related field
- Experience managing complex partner relationships with executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated success negotiating contracts, renewals and commercial agreements
- Strong analytical skills translating data into recommendations
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
- Excellent communication, presentation and executive influencing skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in benefits administration, insurance, HR technology or healthcare technology
- Experience managing high-value strategic partnerships with recurring revenue
- Knowledge of carrier integrations, enrollment technologies and benefits ecosystems
- MBA or other advanced business degree
