About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic direction and thought leadership for benefits and wellness programs
- Develop and design programs and drive changes to move towards best-practices practices
- Partner with Talent Management, Compensation & Compliance, Recruiting, Payroll, and HR Technology teams
- Oversee the Benefits & Wellbeing Specialist
Requirements
- Strong understanding of benefits programs
- Passion for wellness and inspiring a healthy, inclusive culture
- Experience in program design and stakeholder engagement
