About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meals
- Set tables and communicate effectively with the kitchen staff
- Interact with and serve guests to create a memorable experience
- Clean work areas and maintain supplies
- Maintain professional appearance, uniform, and communication standards
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure a safe workplace
- Manage menus by reading and visually verifying information
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
- Physical ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs independently and 50 lbs with assistance
- Ability to reach overhead, bend, twist, pull, and stoop
