BI Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop business analysis and data recording systems for department-wide usage
• Build dashboards and reports, analyzing and collecting data for business reports
• Develop performance metrics and examine data reports to find and resolve errors
• Translate stakeholder requirements into reporting deliverables
• Communicate data analysis results in written and verbal form to managers
• Support marketing, sales and other departments in reaching goals through analysis
• Monitor data to identify financial and business trends
• Produce MIS reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of experience as a financial or business analyst
• Strong SQL skills and query optimization
• Power Query and other data analysis programs
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent critical thinking and time management

Preferred Qualifications

• Dashboarding experience with Quicksight, Qlik, MS Power BI or RStudio
• AWS cloud experience with S3, Athena, Spice and Quick
