About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of 20+ tender submissions per month
- Prepare mid-bid and client interview presentations
- Conduct client research to understand needs and values
- Design background spreadsheets and coordinate with presentation teams
- Maintain up-to-date marketing materials and company profiles
- Assist with award submissions and internal communications
- Train and develop employees on InDesign usage
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Management
- 10 years of experience in the construction or fit-out industry
- Proficiency in InDesign, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, MS Project, PipeDrive, and Adobe
- Strong knowledge of Project Management and Construction methodology
- Fluent English communication skills
