About the role
Responsibilities
- Educate clients on the financial hardship debt program benefits and process
- Empathize with and deescalate upset clients over inbound calls
- Use the CRM to access and record client information and program progress
- Assess clients' financial situations and recommend suitable options
- Retain clients by developing customized solutions aligned with their goals
- Meet or exceed retention targets
Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish
- Experience in retention, sales, or collections
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
- CRM proficiency
- Strong verbal and written communication and active listening
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
