Job description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct phone and virtual consultations with prospective and active clients
  • Review and discuss client credit reports at a high level
  • Explain the credit repair process and available services clearly
  • Follow up with warm leads and nurture prospects through the sales process
  • Conduct cold lead outreach via phone, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Maintain accurate client records within the CRM
  • Assist with onboarding and account setup processes
  • Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams

Requirements

  • Experience in phone sales, telemarketing, customer service, or virtual support
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proficiency with RingCentral or similar VOIP systems
  • Experience working inside CRM platforms
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual English/Spanish fluency
  • Previous credit repair experience
  • Native or near-native English accent
