About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound phone calls, chats, and emails from retailers to assist in lease or loan application processing
- Provide sound answers regarding operational knowledge to merchants
- Conduct back-office processes including funding and report generation
- Manage ongoing merchant relationships through proactive inbound and outbound contact
- Ensure merchant confidence through excellent customer service throughout the financing experience
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a fully remote customer service role
- Fluency in Spanish (verbal and written) for professional settings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word)
- Experience with Slack, Zoom, or similar collaboration tools
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, private workspace
