About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric diagnostic evaluations for general mental health and substance use disorder
- Manage psychopharmacological treatments for diagnosed conditions
- Provide medication-assisted treatment for OUD (with willingness to learn Data Waiver)
- Deliver supportive psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care
- Coordinate care between psychiatric, substance use, and medical services
- Complete validated rating scales and treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including PCPs, pediatricians, and counselors
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted medical license in state of primary residence and Oregon
- 2+ years of experience as a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider
- DEA License
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to work in a fully remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in harm reduction modeling and patient-centered treatments
