About the role
Responsibilities
- Read and understand Piping Spool drawings
- Capture all activities and quantities
- Perform price coding of spool quantities into JD Edwards
- Document all billing processes and backups
- Maintain high speed and accuracy in typing tasks
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical field
- Proven experience as a billing clerk
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools
- Experience with JD Edwards or similar billing software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
