Responsibilities

  • Monitor payment infrastructure and key metrics
  • Manage payment incidents including failed payments, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks
  • Investigate complex payment cases such as unauthorized payments and suspicious transactions to find root causes
  • Communicate with users regarding payment issues via ticket-based systems
  • Work with fraud cases and analyze fraud patterns
  • Interact with stakeholders across product, support, payments, and compliance teams

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of online payments and fraud patterns
  • English proficiency at B1+ level (written and spoken)
  • Readiness to work night shifts (19:00 — 03:00)
  • Analytical approach to problem investigation
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment with frequent process changes
  • Experience working with SLAs and escalations
  • Proactive mindset for process improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Practical experience with failed payments, refunds, disputes, and the chargeback lifecycle
  • Experience with ticket-based systems like Zendesk or similar
  • Strong sense of ownership and result-driven attitude
