About the role
Responsibilities
- Review and approve new customer accounts and verify data accuracy
- Generate, review, and process accurate invoices
- Scrutinize billing data to minimize disputes and delays
- Resolve billing issues by collaborating with sales, customer service, and finance
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and account status
- Maintain organized accounts receivable files for audits and reporting
- Ensure adherence to financial controls and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in financial transactions, billing, or accounts receivable
- High school diploma/GED required; Associate degree preferred
- Proficiency with billing software and ERP systems (Dynamics preferred)
- Strong data entry and data validation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
