About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide initial and timely responses to billing and pre-sales support cases
- Debug user-specific issues such as failed payments, unsettled invoices, and payment extensions
- Triage support cases and escalate to technical or business team members
- Identify where internal tooling could improve support efficiency
- Reproduce issues and create test cases when relevant
Requirements
- 2+ years of billing support experience with technical customers
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English
- Ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with async or globally distributed teams
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and moving quickly
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL
