About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and research high-potential institutional, broker, and VIP prospects
- Support growth initiatives, account expansion plans, and reactivation of dormant high-value accounts
- Coordinate operational workflows between growth, middle office, and support functions to reduce onboarding friction
- Produce recurring reports on client volume, concentration, activation, and program performance
- Pull and analyze data from internal data warehouses and BI tools
- Partner with Product, Compliance, and Legal on client eligibility and incentive setup
- Maintain product documentation, process playbooks, and internal knowledge bases
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in operations, business/commercial analytics, product ops, or growth
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and structured criteria
- Working proficiency with spreadsheets
- Basic SQL or a clear willingness to learn quickly
- Clear written communication and strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with crypto, exchange, or fintech products
- Understanding of trading mechanics (spot/futures, maker/taker, fee tiers, rebates)
- Exposure to BI tools and data warehouses
