About the Company

Joud Coffee was founded in 2015 with the mission of introducing speciality coffee to Abu Dhabi. We roast our beans in small batches at our roasting facility in Abu Dhabi, sourcing them through ethical and sustainable direct trade partnerships. Today, Joud has a presence in more than 11 locations and continues to grow within the region.

Responsibilities

Front of House (FOH)

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain hospitality standards
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the outlet
• Follow SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Support team members during peak hours

Supervisor Roles

• Supervise daily outlet operations
• Ensure staff discipline, grooming, and service quality
• Coordinate shift activities and operational requirements
• Support training and performance monitoring
• Maintain operational and customer service standards

Back of House (BOH)

• Prepare food items according to company recipes and SOPs
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations
• Support inventory control and proper storage of ingredients
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages
• Minimize food wastage and follow portion control standards
