About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and payment processor accounts
- Track sales, refunds, chargebacks, fees, and taxes
- Record and reconcile inventory-related transactions
- Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Assist with sales tax/VAT reporting and compliance
- Support payroll processing and expense tracking
- Collaborate with management and CPA for month-end and year-end close
Requirements
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Multi-channel sales accounting knowledge
- Experience with high-volume transactions
- Inventory and COGS tracking familiarity
- High attention to detail and organization
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Ecommerce bookkeeping experience
- Experience with US-based companies
- Bookkeeping certification or accounting coursework
