About the role
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of solution promotion, opportunity pipeline and sales targets
- Present the Thales solution portfolio to government stakeholders at C-Executive level
- Support sales representatives from business development through bid submission
- Design consultative business models aligned with customer needs
- Lead bid strategy and coordinate the full capture team
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Physics or Mathematics
- Full professional fluency in English
- Minimum 5 years selling software solutions to government customers
- Experience engaging C-Executive stakeholders
- Willingness to travel more than 25% of working time
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in border control or airport biometric solutions
- Ability to build and sustain a robust sales pipeline
