About the role
Responsibilities
- Maximize new business opportunities and deepen existing relationships
- Generate new business via outbound marketing and in-branch contacts
- Set and monitor sales plans for sales staff as per forecast
- Coach sales staff to increase productivity and cross-selling
- Monitor branch service standards for customer satisfaction
- Manage customer retention and resolve complaints
- Supervise operations for compliance with Credit & Operational Policies
- Approve or recommend credit applications
- Mentor, coach, and train branch staff
- Manage regional branches for profitability and good governance
Requirements
- Detailed knowledge of Retail Banking products and services
- Knowledge of Retail Credit & Operational Policies & Procedures
- Understanding of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks
- Thorough knowledge of Central Bank of UAE regulations
- Sales and marketing skills
- Management and training skills
- Computer literacy
