About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate new business via outbound marketing calls and in-branch contacts
- Set and monitor sales plans for sales staff according to forecasts
- Coach sales staff to increase productivity and cross-selling
- Monitor branch service standards to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage customer retention and resolve complaints or inquiries
- Supervise operations for compliance with Credit & Operational Policies
- Approve or recommend credit applications
- Mentor, train, and appraise branch staff
- Manage assigned regional branches for profitability and governance
Requirements
- Detailed knowledge of retail banking products and services
- Knowledge of retail credit and operational policies and procedures
- Understanding of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks
- Thorough knowledge of Central Bank of UAE regulations
- Strong sales, marketing, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in management information and computer skills
