About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the branch’s sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor individual and team performance and implement corrective action plans
- Track Caribbean and European program performance independently
- Ensure timely follow-up on FFP payments, invoices, and receipts
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a competent and motivated team
- Ensure timely and professional lead response and proper CRM usage
- Resolve client complaints efficiently while maintaining brand reputation
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in investment, Real Estate, or Hospitality
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and sales performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of financial management and customer service principles
