About the role
Responsibilities
- Source New to Bank Personal Finance products to specified target segments and achieve assigned targets
- Prepare and maintain Daily Sales Reports (DSR) for all customer and company visits
- Build and maintain relationships with business entities and individuals
- Visit potential companies and institutions to finalize business deals within targeted turnaround times
- Prepare and review Standard Credit Applications ensuring accuracy and authenticity of documents
- Execute Murabaha contracts and manage file preparation for card issuance
- Initiate cross-selling of other banking products
- Escalate customer complaints to supervisor level immediately
Requirements
- Broad knowledge of Personal Finance and other Retail Banking Group products
- Strong sales and computer skills
- Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks
- Thorough understanding of Central Bank of UAE regulations
- Awareness of local market competitors
