About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of trading accounts: opening, closing, transfers and commission setup
- Act as main operational contact for brokers on account opening, KYC, procedures and contracts
- Maintain the KYC database and support trader onboarding, including MiFID qualification documents
- Agree trader commissions and risk parameters with risk managers
- Identify potential operational risks together with Legal and Finance
- Document and improve internal processes and policies
Requirements
- Experience in an operations role working with documents, external partners and internal processes
- Experience with client verification, KYC or handling personal documents
- Understanding of financial markets and interest in trading
- Confident use of Jira, Confluence, Excel and Google Workspace
- Clear communication, attention to detail and a structured approach
- English at B2 level or higher
