Broker Management Trading Systems Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor trading positions, order execution, stuck orders and OMS account integrations
• Ensure stability and performance of trading platforms and statistical tools
• Manage trading incidents and operational requests with broker management teams
• Monitor risk parameters, trading limits and restricted stock lists
• Track exchange rules, regulatory updates and corporate actions
• Monitor broker commissions, SMI rates, buy-ins and corporate actions
• Maintain the Commission Calculator and investigate financial discrepancies with Finance
• Analyze trading data and prepare routing, locate and latency reports
• Coordinate integration of new brokers, instruments and OMS platforms

Requirements

• Practical experience with the FIX protocol and FIX message structures
• Strong understanding of the US stock market, trading mechanisms and corporate actions
• Experience with trading platforms, OMS systems and order routing
• Advanced data management and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Excel, Slack and Google Workspace
