About the role
Responsibilities
- Review best practices in budget preparation and management and propose accounting standards and procedures
- Ensure implementation of approved financial policies and procedures
- Audit and review final accounts as per Ministry of Finance guidelines
- Analyze and monitor feasibility study results for strategic projects
- Audit and review periodic reports of financial performance indicators of the budget
- Audit and review budget transfer procedures between budget items
- Summarize financial outcomes across all organizational units
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Financial Management with minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- OR Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management with minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- OR Diploma in Financial Management with minimum 12 years of relevant experience
- Arabic language proficiency (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, CFA, ACCA, CMA, or FRM certifications
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
- Certified Financial Services Specialist (FSCP)
- Certified Market Risk Professional
- UAE VAT Compliance Diploma
- Certified Compliance Professional
- Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC)
- Certificate in Real Estate and Financial Modeling
What we look for
