Business Analyst Advisor

Responsibilities

• Identify and anticipate problems where data can solve business needs
• Develop and maintain reports and models
• Maintain historic and forward-looking business metrics
• Assist with daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting packages with variance analysis
• Drive process improvement and standardization across business lines
• Drive standard data definitions and data quality projects
• Support technology solutions that reduce manual processes
• Build ad hoc reports through custom queries against the data repository
• Work with internal and external partners to obtain data

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Minimum of 8 years related experience with a bachelor's or equivalent
• 5+ years experience preferably in payments or adjacent industry
• Data visualization and data modeling expertise
• End-to-end analytical solution design
• Strong communication and business partnership skills

• Master's degree
