About the role
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from CRM and Commercial stakeholders
- Map current and future-state processes affecting CRM use
- Translate requirements into structured specifications for IT's Solutions Architect
- Define acceptance criteria and test scenarios for UAT
- Maintain a prioritised requirements backlog aligned to the CRM roadmap
- Assess business impact and facilitate trade-off conversations
- Stay involved through solution design and UAT
- Keep stakeholders informed and maintain a central requirements record
Requirements
- Business Analyst or similar requirements-gathering experience
- Strong requirements elicitation and process mapping
- Clear functional requirements and acceptance criteria writing
- Experience partnering with IT through solution design and UAT
- Experience managing a requirements backlog
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- HubSpot or similar CRM platform familiarity
- Jira, Azure DevOps or Confluence experience
- Business analysis certification (BCS, IIBA)
- HubSpot, Salesforce or CRM professional certification
- Experience in K-12, independent or international education
- Large-scale multi-market CRM rollout experience
