Business Analyst, Data Operations

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for file-related and data issues from client managers and patient care advocates
• Gather details to scope each issue and conduct impact analysis on severity and affected records
• Build and maintain a dashboard tracking status of all open issues
• Provide proactive status updates to stakeholders until resolution
• Maintain documentation and flag recurring issues for process fixes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years as a business analyst or similar liaison role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with dashboards or tracking tools
• Willingness to travel 10%-20%

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare or PBM experience
• Familiarity with PBM eligibility, accumulator or claims data
