About the role
Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather and document business requirements for AI specifications
- Partner with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to validate AI use case feasibility
- Define AI test strategies covering model validation, bias detection and performance benchmarking
- Develop training materials and user manuals on AI confidence scores and limitations
- Identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven automation within banking processes
- Act as an analytics translator between business units and IT with full traceability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computing, Engineering, Commerce or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of professional business analysis experience
- Track record supporting AI/ML project lifecycles, requirement documentation and UAT
- Experience with regulatory compliance and data governance in financial services
- Ability to convert business needs into technical metrics and AI performance benchmarks
- Experience in model validation and detecting anomalies or bias in AI behavior
- Skill maintaining audit trails, versioning and decision logic documentation
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and ethical AI principles
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Explaining black box AI concepts to non-technical users
- Improving business analysis processes for iterative AI development
- Uncovering hidden business needs solvable by AI
- Proactive monitoring of AI model behavior for ethical concerns or drift
