About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to identify opportunities for digital transformation and process improvement within the insurance domain
- Analyse existing systems, processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements for digital solutions
- Develop business requirements, functional specifications and user stories aligned with business objectives
- Lead change management activities for digital transformation initiatives
- Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
- Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies and promote continuous improvement
- Facilitate workshops, discussions and stakeholder meetings
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance domain
- Strong experience in Insurance Digital Transformation projects
- Strong understanding of Insurance processes, products and workflows
- Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis and process modelling
- Strong experience in BRD, FRD, Functional Requirements and User Stories
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience in Change Management and Impact Assessment
- Willingness to relocate to UAE
Preferred Qualifications
- CBAP, CSM, or CSPO certification
- Experience working on large-scale insurance digital transformation projects
- UAE / GCC / Middle East insurance experience
- Tamil language proficiency
