About the Company

Mate academy is an EdTech company with an AI-powered LMS platform where people master IT professions from scratch. We are actively growing in Ukraine, Poland, and Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Review homework assignments for Business Analysis students
  • Answer student questions via chat and video calls
  • Conduct mock technical interviews for students
  • Propose ideas to improve the learning process

Requirements

  • 1+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience with modeling (BPMN, UML, and other notations)
  • Experience working with all types of requirements (business, user, solution, and transition requirements)
  • Experience describing requirements in various formats (user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, etc.)
  • Understanding of development processes: decomposition, prioritization, and estimation
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage time and schedule independently
