Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis
• Author and update internal and external documentation
• Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems
• Develop relationships with partners for optimized systems integration
• Create and implement precise management plans for every project
• Perform and communicate thorough quality assurance during systems development

Requirements

• High proficiency with SQL and database management
• Proven analytical abilities
• Experience in generating process documentation and reports
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Visio
• Proven ability to manage projects and user testing
• Extensive experience with data visualization
• High proficiency in technical writing
