Business Analyst with expertise in SAP

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to document detailed requirements for Talent projects, including SAP SuccessFactors modules and data integration needs
• Analyze existing Talent processes and recommend solutions leveraging SAP SuccessFactors
• Design and implement data integration solutions to ensure accurate and secure data flow between systems
• Create comprehensive business requirement documents, process maps, and use cases
• Develop test plans and conduct testing to ensure functionality meets business needs
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, project teams, and technical experts
• Support end-users through change management during SAP SuccessFactors implementations
• Identify and address project issues and risks related to SAP SuccessFactors and data integration
• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; SAP SuccessFactors certifications preferred
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst focusing on Talent systems, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration
• 5 to 8 years of industry experience, preferably in Talent
• Proficiency in data integration methodologies including ETL, mapping, and API integrations
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills
• Ability to work virtually with global teams
• Advanced English proficiency
