About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the commercial deal from qualified opportunity to signed client, coordinating across sales, product, compliance, legal, operations, and finance
- Cover for Account Managers and Sales staff during absences to handle client escalations and keep opportunities moving
- Act as the primary commercial contact for Exchange House partners and support banking partner relationships
- Maintain a comprehensive view of the commercial portfolio, including pipeline, renewals, and accounts at risk
- Analyze account growth or slippage and provide strategic recommendations to the Commercial Director
- Ensure client commitments are deliverable and correctly priced, involving Compliance and Legal for non-standard terms
- Maintain accurate CRM and commercial records for reliable reporting and forecasting
- Support the onboarding of new clients and partners and manage the handover from sales to account management
Requirements
- 5+ years in a commercial, account management, sales operations, or business coordination role
- Background in payments, fintech, payroll, or B2B services
- Practical understanding of pricing, contract terms, approvals, and revenue recognition
- Ability to make decisions within a defined mandate and escalate appropriately
- Strong analytical skills to turn portfolio data into actionable recommendations
- Proven ability to manage multiple deals and escalations in parallel
- Solid knowledge of the UAE market and the WPS/payroll landscape
