Business Co-ordination Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial deal from qualified opportunity to signed client, coordinating across sales, product, compliance, legal, operations, and finance
• Cover for Account Managers and Sales staff during absences to handle client escalations and keep opportunities moving
• Act as the primary commercial contact for Exchange House partners and support banking partner relationships
• Maintain a comprehensive view of the commercial portfolio, including pipeline, renewals, and accounts at risk
• Analyze account growth or slippage and provide strategic recommendations to the Commercial Director
• Ensure client commitments are deliverable and correctly priced, involving Compliance and Legal for non-standard terms
• Maintain accurate CRM and commercial records for reliable reporting and forecasting
• Support the onboarding of new clients and partners and manage the handover from sales to account management

Requirements

• 5+ years in a commercial, account management, sales operations, or business coordination role
• Background in payments, fintech, payroll, or B2B services
• Practical understanding of pricing, contract terms, approvals, and revenue recognition
• Ability to make decisions within a defined mandate and escalate appropriately
• Strong analytical skills to turn portfolio data into actionable recommendations
• Proven ability to manage multiple deals and escalations in parallel
• Solid knowledge of the UAE market and the WPS/payroll landscape
